Scheduling

We provide options for future scheduling of trips (rides) to our customers. We also have the ability to book several trips at one scheduling. For example, you can book a scheduled trip every day at 7 AM for 5 consecutive days. This saves time for your dispatcher to do other tasks like answer calls and do other administrative tasks. Rescheduling becomes easy as customer information is easily retrievable and re-used. When you reschedule trips a list of phone numbers will be available to choose from and book trip.

No More Radios

At one point radios were the way to communicate with drivers and dispatchers. This is a very slow and outdated approach with little ways to track driver and dispatcher success. Automation allows you to gather all the trip information with a click and deliver expedient ways to schedule booking information to your drivers. Often with radios it is time consuming and the response time to pickup is slow. Having the ability to enter trip information reduces drivers bothering dispatchers getting details to their customer. Notification

Drivers get notifications via google notification service and delivers state of the art technology to deliver trip information. We also use notifications to send messages to drivers like "We are very busy - pick up the pace if possible". Notifications are great ways for the dispatcher and drivers to communicate with each other. Yes driver can send canned messages or send a customer message to the dispatcher. Alerts are generated and will be displayed on drivers phone and dispatch console.

Mapping

Dispatching can view the location of their drivers based on a map position of the driver location. The driver sends updated information to the server and is updated to show the drivers location. This feature allows the dispatcher to view the drivers location and send a customer pickup request. By providing a clear view of your drivers location; you can now deliver the results your customers expect.

Driver Application

We provide an Android Driver Application that allows communication and dispatching between driver and dispatcher. The driver can view past trips and get map directions for current trip assigned. The driver has the ability to accept or reject the trip. The driver application allows for cash, credit card, and account payment. Our taxi app is a great way to do business and improve driver performance.
